Chronic deficiency may increase risk of malignancies ie (colorectal, breast, ovarian, pancreatic, brain, lung, cervical, and prostate cancers). Folic Acid has anti-inflammatory and memory-enhancing properties.
Hydroxocobalamin B12 is one of the 8 essential water soluble B vitamin involved in DNA synthesis, the metabolism of fatty acids, and amino acids. It plays an integral role in the formation myelinization of nerves and red blood cell synthesis, which helps reduce symptoms such as fatigue and lack of energy. Thus, it may benefit your brain by preventing the degradation of neurons.
Taurine is an amino sulfonic acid. Research suggests that taurine may improve learning, memory, and cognitive function in older adults with dementia.
Alpha Lipoic Acid serves as a cofactor in enzymatic systems, and is essential for aerobic metabolism. The antioxidant properties of alpha-lipoic acid may slow the progression of memory loss disorders.
